Creator manager

The person a creator actually deals with. Owns a small roster's day-to-day: content calendar, page strategy, growth check-ins, and being the calm voice when something's on fire.

The work
Own the relationship for 4–8 creators — weekly touchpoints, quarterly plans, honest numbers
Run the onboarding ritual: document her voice, boundaries, and goals before anyone touches a DM
Coordinate chat, content, and growth teams around each creator's plan
Read the dashboards; catch a dip before the creator does
Escalate cleanly — know what's yours and what's the founder's
You
2+ years managing client relationships where trust was the product (talent, hospitality, accounts)
Unshockable, discreet, allergic to overpromising
Organized enough to run eight calendars without dropping one
Spanish is a plus; taste is a requirement
The house

Spoil is a women-led talent management and creative house in West Hollywood, running the business side of the creator economy — strategy, growth, and the best conversations in the industry. Real payroll, real office, real weekends.

Employment, not gig links — training, structure, and a manager who knows your name. Discretion runs both ways: client privacy is protected, and public credit is optional. The org chart is short; early people get real responsibility fast.

Applications are reviewed as they arrive; if there's a fit, the team reaches out. A short note beats a long résumé.
