These terms govern use of spoil.agency, operated by Spoil, LLC. By using the site you accept them. The site exists to describe the house and receive applications; it is not an offer of representation, and submitting an application creates no obligation on either side.

All content on this site — text, marks, photography — belongs to Spoil, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Representation itself is governed by a separate written agreement between Spoil and each creator; nothing on this site modifies that agreement.

Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us on the application — a name or alias, handles, an earnings range, and anything you write — and basic technical data needed to run the site. We use it to review applications and respond. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you wouldn't expect.

Application details are visible only to the review team. You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time, and California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; requests are honored the way we'd want ours honored — promptly and without a runaround.

18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement

Spoil, LLC is a talent management company. It does not produce, host, or publish sexually explicit content on this website, and no content appearing on spoil.agency is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257. Creators represented by Spoil operate their own accounts on third-party platforms, which maintain their own compliance programs.

This site uses the minimum: strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, and first-party analytics to count visits. No advertising trackers, no third-party pixels, no consent theater — there is nothing to opt out of because we didn't put anything in.

DMCA / Content Claims

If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own, send a notice identifying the work, the material at issue, and your contact details, with a statement of good-faith belief and, for formal DMCA notices, a signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We review claims promptly and remove infringing material where the claim holds.
